Pear in the kitchen

Our exclusive gastronomic series which has been a huge success in recent years will be continue with „Pear in the kitchen” titled. During this sub-program we will introduce the relationship of the food and „palinka”.

In 2020 the „pear palinka” will be in focus.

The pear have a place in the kitchen, even as a „palinka”. The first sip makes you feel good, another one makes many dishes tastier. We can use it in the marinate of meats, fruits and vegetables or we can spray it on the desserts.

Of course, we use amount of pear „palinka” in our dishes. It’s alcohol content is not defining, but its aroma and essence are important. Another interesting way to use pear „palinka” is that we can age homemade cheese in it.
